Our Services

Complete Movement Service
Your watch movement is the beating heart of your timepiece. It keeps time and powers all the other functions of your watch. Unfortunately, the oil and grease that keeps it running can dry up, stiffen, and gum up over time. This can cause your watch movement to slow down or stop altogether. That’s why regular service is key to keeping your watch running like new.
Step 1
Inspection & Quotation
As soon as we receive your watch, our expert watchmakers will start estimating your timepiece.
It undergoes a thorough inspection process to evaluate the performance and aesthetic of both its internal mechanisms as well as external appearance.
Within 2-3 days someone from our staff will reach out to provide honest opinion, price quote, walk you throught the procees and explain everything in details.
Step 2
Complete Disassembly
Our watchmaker begins by removing the bracelet and opening the case to remove the movement. The movement is then carefully taken apart one piece at a time, with each part going through inspection for integrity before cleaning.
Step 3
Cleaning process
All parts are going through a delicate cleaning process. The special cleaning machine and solutions should be appropriately chosen to remove the old lubrication and any dirt from the movement without damaging fragile parts. Luxury brands may have hundreds of them.
Step 4
After cleaning inspection and parts replacement
The second inspection of all parts for integrity after the cleaning and components replacement preparation.
Step 5
Reassambly & Lubrication
Assembly of all the parts and each functional section with proper lubrication is essential to minimize friction and prevent wear. This helps to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the timepiece.
Step 6
Timing Calibration
Calibration and adjustments of the movement to meet manufacturer’s specifications.
Step 7
Refinishing & Polishing
We use specialty compounds and polishing equipment to restore the original luster of your watch case or bracelet.
Step 8
Case Reassambly
We repalce all gaskets, perform water pressure, and vacuum tests using wet and dry chambers. Each watch has to be water/dust sealed after the complete assembly by the factory standards.
Step 9
First quality control
All watches are tested to keep time accurately. Automatic watches are placed on an auto-winder to test the self-winding mechanism.
Step 10
Second and final quality control
The final quality control of a watch is when its power reserve, timing, and appearance are all checked. A customer will receive notification that their timepiece meets these standarts, and is ready to be enjoyed!

Vintage Restoration
The most complicated and demanding repair is an antique pocket or wristwatch restoration. We offer the restoration of pocket watches, antique chronographs, and repeaters. Estimate only.
It is a time-consuming and often delicate process that can take many months to complete. It is also costly, as most of the parts of an antique wristwatch are no longer being made. The first step in repairing an antique wristwatch is to take it apart and examine all of the parts. This includes taking out the movement, the dial (the face), the hands, and the case. Many times, parts of an antique wristwatch must be replaced because they are either broken or worn out. Therefore, the watchmaker must carefully choose replacement parts that match the originals as closely as possible. Unfortunately, this cannot be easy, as few companies still make parts for antique wristwatches. Once the watch is put back together, the watchmaker must test it to ensure it works correctly. This includes timing it and checking all of the moving parts. The entire process of repairing an antique wristwatch can take several months and cost thousands of dollars. However, it is well worth the time and money for collectors and enthusiasts. Antique wristwatches are beautiful pieces of history that can be enjoyed for many years to come.

Water Service & Gaskets Replacement
Our testing process includes safe ways of testing the ability of your watch to withstand humidity, atmospheric conditions, and water pressure. Water service includes light polishing, battery and gasket replacement, ultrasonic and steam cleaning, water pressure, and vacuum tests using wet and dry chambers.
Activities such as scuba diving require a high level of water pressure tolerance. However, everyday activities such as washing your hands, or showering with a watch on, require a degree of water pressure tolerance. We can help you determine what activities are safe for your watch. We can determine the amount of water pressure that a watch can withstand. This can tell the owner of a valuable watch much about how to care for it. Sometimes the test determines that your watch is not as waterproof as it is supposed to be. Often, slight damage or misalignment of the casing of a watch undermines its waterproofing. We can pinpoint the problem and fix it, so your watch will be safe for all your activities. Our leak testing equipment determines where the watch is leaking. First, the watch is pumped full of air, then put into water. Then, bubbles escape from the air inside the watch, giving away the watch leak’s location. For example, it might be in the crown, the crystal, or the back, and this is how we can tell what part of the watch has sprung a leak. We can then make the necessary repair.

Ultrasonic & Steam Cleaning
Your watch is an important investment and one that you want to keep looking its best. That’s why we offer various options for cleaning your precious timepiece!
The ultrasonic system uses high-frequency sound waves delivered by an electric current or magnetism through water particles into the surface tension to break up any dirt on all surfaces – even under microscopic levels that other cleaners cannot reach; while also removing corrosion caused by exposure like saltwater environments as well as oils spilling onto the skin during workouts (or accidents). With time, your watch can accumulate a lot of dirt, rust, or dead skin cells. Therefore, the ultrasonic and steam watch cleaning systems are the most effective way to clean your watch.
Starting at $20

Regulation & Timing Adjustments
The hallmark of a great watch is accuracy. It includes water service, gaskets replacement, timing adjusting,
light polishing, ultrasonic, and steam cleaning.
How accurate is your watch?
Sometimes your watch will lose precious seconds over the day.
The hallmark of a great watch is accuracy. A measure of accuracy is a measure of value and usefulness.
Every watch has a tiny wheel that acts just the same as a pendulum on a grandfather clock. Every oscillation back and forth should take exactly one second. But if the wheel mechanism is off by just a matter of a few degrees, the watch timekeeping accuracy of a watch will suffer.
We can measure this inaccuracy of any watch, mechanical or quartz, to within -7 to +7 seconds per 24 hours, depending on the movement. In addition, our experts can correct minute inaccuracies in timekeeping.

Hand-Made Parts
Watches are extraordinarily intricate devices, and watchmaking is one of the most challenging engineering disciplines. As a result, most high-grade watches are designed from the ground up – no two calibers are the same inside.
Many tiny watch parts are designed and manufactured uniquely for each model. As new models are created, old ones become obsolete. So do their replacement parts.
We always use high-grade parts from the manufacturer. However, sometimes the part you need is impossible to find from any source, especially when the watch is ancient.
We can make new parts for old watches. Using precision equipment, we can match the intricate specifications of an old watch part with a brand-new one. With this capability, we can get an old watch functioning again.
The gears, pins, and other parts of watches can be tiny. However, our precision capabilities are up to the task.
Not only can we build replacement parts, but we can adjust existing parts to repair. For example, maybe you have a watch case back that is too big for the watch casing. We can shave it down so that the two parts can fit perfectly.
We offer repair and replacement solutions for all watch parts:
• the movement top plate
• the movement bottom plate
• the keyless works
• the motion works
• the balance assembly
• the escapement
• the mainspring and barrel
