Packing Tips

Packing is crucial to prevent your watch from being damaged during shipping. Wrap your watch in the tissue or any other soft material, and place it in the plastic bag. Use bubble wrapping around a bag. 

Place your watch in the middle of the secure and appropriate rigid cardboard box filled with protective materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, paper, or foam (for better protection, we recommend double-boxing). Include the completed watch repair form inside. 

Please make sure: 

• DO NOT place tape or glue on your watch;
• The package you are shipping is sealed;
• here is nothing loose inside, and your watch sits there tightly; 
• Please DO NOT include watch/gift boxes, cases, or other access;
• DO NOT use a bubble mailer or envelope. Watches lost or damaged using these packages will not be compensated.
